Yes, very much so. €30 per animal per night. The garden is fenced, the hallway is robust, and the lakeside path begins at the door. Please tell us the breed and size when you enquire.

The ground floor — with its double bedroom and step-free shower — is largely accessible. A winding wooden staircase leads up to the bedrooms on the first floor. We are happy to arrange a personal walk-through by video call.

Every morning a lovingly packed breakfast basket is waiting for you — fresh, regional and included in the price. You enjoy it in the house: the kitchen is fully equipped, from the coffee machine to china for a large table. Breakfast whenever and wherever you like — at the breakfast table, on the terrace or by the tiled stove.

Four cars, free of charge, directly in front of the house. EV chargers are available in Bad Aussee and at the Loser car park; a household socket for emergencies is on hand here.

Of course. The dining table seats up to 14, and the dishware and glassware are in keeping. We arrange catering or recommend pickup options from the village. Events for more than 14 guests should be confirmed in advance.

Free Wi-Fi throughout the house, fast enough for video calls. The dove-blue bedroom has a writing desk by the window. For retreats or longer working stays we recommend booking from 10 days — at an individual rate.

The whole house is non-smoking. On the two terraces and in the garden you are of course free to smoke.

After confirmation you will receive a booking confirmation with a request for a 30 % deposit (direct debit or bank transfer). The balance is due by the day of arrival. Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
